At Mister Skillman, we provide high-quality digital marketing training in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. Please review our policy below.

 

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Before Course Access: If you cancel your enrollment before accessing any course materials, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Unsatisfactory Experience: If you are unsatisfied with the course and request a refund within 7 days of enrollment, we will provide a full refund with any questions.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same course, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
 
2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If a refund request is made after 7 days of enrollment.
  • If the student has accessed a significant part of the course content or completed over 20% of the training.
  • If the course was purchased at a discounted or promotional rate.
  • For live training sessions, once the session has started.
  • If the refund request is due to a lack of commitment or personal reasons unrelated to course quality.
 
3. Course Transfer & Adjustments
  • If you are unable to continue a course, we may offer a one-time transfer to a future batch or an alternate course (subject to availability).
  • Requests for transfers must be made before completing 10% of the course.
 
4. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways are non-refundable.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name
  • The course name
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Proof of payment
